Francis Jacob Knauss (1884 – March 5, 1968)[1] was an associate justice of the Colorado Supreme Court from 1951 to 1961.

"Knauss, a Republican served in the Colorado Senate before being elected to the District Court in Denver. He then was elected to the state's highest court".[1]

Knauss died at his home in Denver at the age of 83.[1]
