Frank H. Gailor (May 9, 1892 – April 8, 1954) was a justice of the Tennessee Supreme Court from 1943 to 1954.

appointed June 7, 1943, to succeed D. W. DeHaven, who died June 4, 1943; elected 1944, 1950; born in Sewanee, Tennessee; combat duty with British Army and later U.S. Army during World War I; Shelby County representative in state legislature, 1921, and state senator, 1923; Shelby County attorney, 1937-42[1]
