Fugelsang's Law of Tech Support

Fugelsang's Law is an axiom that dictates that a problem state in the domain of computer science, IT, digital video operations, etc, that requires an escalated support call will not present after the act of requesting assistance, when the appropriate agents who are willing to help are ready to assist. This will then be erroneously relegated to "Operator Error" by the support agents. The problem state may or may not return afterwards.
