Grossing Automatic Harness System[edit]
Grossing Automatic Harness System was founded in 2002 in Estonia by an Estonian figure skater and inventor Jaak Gross.
Grossing Automatic Harness System (Grossing AHS) enables users to engage in exercises beyond conventional capabilities, significantly enhancing coordination, balance, and mobility. This is particularly beneficial for individuals undergoing physical rehabilitation. The system's automatic harnesses amplify even subtle movements, facilitating rhythmic body motion. Acting as external muscles, the elastic harnesses enhance strength, empowering disabled users and laying the groundwork for restoring essential movement functions like walking.
The system's antigravity capabilities provide joy during workouts, allowing users to experience self-initiated movement and rediscover forgotten abilities. Scientifically, Grossing AHS serves various functions, including balancing, coordinating movement, adjusting loads, assisting dynamic walking, analyzing and synthesizing human skeletal muscle movement, and generating brainwaves controlling movement.
Grossing AHS is an innovative method for movement therapy, rehabilitation, and exercise instruction. Applicable in sports, medicine, kinesiology, and rehabilitation, its automatic exercise harnesses ensure user safety by redistributing gravity, offering a range from antigravity to loads surpassing several times body weight. This effective rehabilitation device facilitates body movement awareness and control across different levels.
There are different types of Grossing: IceGrossing, rehabilitation Grossing and adventure Grossing.
IceGrossing[edit]
IceGrossing, as an innovative training method, not only ensures the skater's safety while practicing intricate elements but also guides them towards a personalized movement pattern. Engaging with IceGrossing actively triggers significant psychophysiological changes in the skater. The harness mobilizes the athlete both physically and mentally, fostering correct execution of elements.
By constraining improper movements and facilitating correct ones, the harness enables skaters to discern positive and negative signals, enhancing their ability to control the equipment. This dynamic interaction with Icegrossing promotes a safer and more effective training experience for skaters.
Rehabilitation Grossing[edit]
For an average individual, walking and running are often overlooked as everyday activities. However, for those facing physical disabilities or injuries, restoring such movements demands considerable time and determination.
Rehabilitation Grossing offers a platform to train and relearn movement patterns, with the flexibility to adjust the training load based on the individual's abilities. Our harness provides an opportunity to identify optimal exercises and elements, expediting the rehabilitation process.
Physiologically, the development of physically functional movements, such as sports training, shares similarities with vestibular therapy machines and movement support devices used in post-traumatic or post-disease rehabilitation within physiotherapy.
Adventure Grossing[edit]
Adventure Grossing combines crucial elements influencing children's development: playfulness, safety, and a sense of adventure. This versatile system can be creatively employed, such as installing it atop a tree. The Grossing System's weather resistance allows year-round use, including winter. Enhance the experience by constructing platforms for jumping and attaching climbing ropes to tree branches.
Moreover, Adventure Grossing extends beyond outdoor settings and can be utilized in theaters, circuses, and private venues, adding a dynamic element to create unforgettable performances.
