Gustatory Sharing Technology:味覚シェア技術)Taste-sharing technology utilizes the 6G to digitize flavors, predict the recipient's perceived taste, and generate flavors for sharing.[1].

overview[edit]

The technology for sharing flavors, particularly those challenging to convey through conversation, involves digitizing the tastes of various foods in different scenarios, comprising approximately 25 elements. Based on this data, a liquid is generated, blending elements such as bitterness, sweetness, and acidity. This liquid allows for the sharing of flavors experienced by others. It enables the creation of liquid representations of tastes associated with a mother's cooking, childhood memories, or the flavors of foods depicted in movies. NTT Docomo unveiled this technology for the first time on January 17, 2024[2][3]
