H.W. Anderson is an international executive search firm founded in 2014. The firm was founded by Managing Directors Jordan Wilkie, Peter Henry and Henrik Sukonnik[1]
HW Anderson opened its New York office in January 2014 before opening its Edinburgh office April 2014. The firm subsequently opened its Dublin office in 2017.
Chris Macrae and Richard Duke were promoted to Managing Director in 2022 joining the Co-Founders in the firms leadership team.[2]

H.W. Anderson specializes in placing front office or investment team professionals with buy-side funds and commodity trading houses. Within these talent pools the firm focuses across multiple asset classes including Commodities, Equities, Macro, Credit and Quantitative Strategies. Functionally H.W.
