HWiNFO (also known as HWiNFO64[1]) is a system monitoring and system diagnostics program for Windows and DOS-based systems. [2]It is developed by Martin Malik and REALiX.[3] Features include monitoring CPU, GPU, and other sensors.[4]

It was used by NASA during several tests of different microprocessors, including an AMD Ryzen 3 1200 and Intel i5-6600k.[5][6]
