Draft:Harry Ellsworth Foster

Harry Ellsworth Foster (1898 – December 5, 1962)^[1] was a justice of the Washington Supreme Court in 1956, and again from 1957 until his death in 1962.

Foster died at home from a heart attack at the age of 64.^[1]
