HedgePay is a company that was founded in August 2021, by a team of entrepreneurs and professionals from the United States, Malaysia, and Europe. The team includes Wesley Peck, an entrepreneur; Ho Kee Cheong, a marketer in digital industries; and Bogdan Brinzoiu, the lead developer.[3]

HedgePay is a DeFi-driven financial ecosystem designed to generate passive income for investors through transaction taxes, commodity supplies, and services.[4] It operates within the HedgeFi system to raise capital for the HedgeFi Fund.[5]
