The Higher Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology of Sousse (Arabic: المعهد العالي للعلوم التطبيقية والتكنولوجيا بسوسة) or ISSATS is a scientific establishment within the l'university of Sousse (Tunisia). It was created in the application of the dispositions of decree Number 1385-2001 of 7 June 2001.

The ISSATS has four departments:
