InMarket is a real-time media and measurement technology company. Founded in 2010 by brothers Todd and Mark Dipaola under the name Checkpoints, the company rebranded as InMarket in 2012 to reflect business expansion. InMarket rose to prominence with the launch of its real-time advertising solution Moments, which enables brands to reach consumers with full-screen ad units via mobile devices as shoppers are inside stores and when they hold specific products.
Over the last decade, InMarket has been recognized with awards from MarTech, MarCom, Deloitte Technology 500, and the Global Tech Awards.

InMarket was founded as CheckPoints in 2010 by brothers Todd and Mark Dipaola.[1] The company was rebranded as InMarket in 2012 to reflect business expansion. The company is currently headquartered in Austin, Texas.
Acquisitions[edit]
August 2019: InMarket acquires the assets of location company Thinknear, and its marketing platform GeoLink, from Telenav.[2]
September 2020: InMarket acquires the assets of location company NinthDecimal.[3]
December 2020: InMarket acquires Key Ring, a loyalty app, from Vericast.[4]
June 2021: InMarket acquires Out of Milk, a shopping list app.[5]
