J. Morton Davis has been a Wall Street investment banker, entrepreneur, and venture capitalist for over 50 years. He was the Chairman.[1] of the D.H. Blair Investment Banking Corporation[2], which specialized in financing emerging growth companies since the 1970's. D.H. Blair & Co. separated from D.H. Blair Investment Banking Corporation in 1992[3].

Mr. Davis has written numerous books including, Happiness Guaranteed or Your Misery Back[4], From Hard Knocks to Hot Stocks[5], and his first book published in 1983 Making America Work Again[6]. His books received accolades and recommendations from some of America's most famous business and economic leaders including Larry King, Donald Trump, Carl Icahn, and Alan Greenberg[7]

A member of Phi Beta Kappa, Mr. Davis received his A.B in Economics, magna cum laude, from Brooklyn College in 1957 and his M.B.A, with distinction, from the Harvard Graduate School of Business in 1959.
