Jerry Tse is a Hong Kong-based lawyer and the CEO of Eddid Financial.[1] He is the former chairman of the investment banking arm of Everbright Securities in Hong Kong,[2] where he managed its investment banking and principal investments business.[3][4] Prior to this, he was the CEO of the investment banking unit at DBS Group.[5][6]

Tse joined DBS from Macquarie Group in 2013.[7] He had previously worked at Deutsche Bank,[8][9] as well as the energy investment banking division of Morgan Stanley.[10]

Education[edit]

Tse earned his DBA degree from UCAM, and master's degrees from the University of London (UoL) and the University of Hong Kong (HKU).[11]

Career[edit]

Early in his career, Tse taught at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the University of London.[12] A few years later, he served as an executive at Macquarie Group.[13]

In November 2013, Tse was employed as the CEO of DBS Asia Capital,[14][15] following his resignation from Macquarie,[16] and he held the position until September 2016.[17][18]

In October 2016, Tse was hired by Everbright as a senior executive to lead its investment business.[19] In 2018, he was appointed as SSIF's CEO.[20] He joined Eddid Financial as its CEO in 2022.[21]
