John H. Hatcher (June 29, 1875 – June 20, 1950) was a justice of the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia from November 4, 1924 to December 31, 1940.
Born in Bland County, Virginia.
Hatcher was a Republican.
He was defeated in his 1940 bid for reelection.
