For Wikipedia biographies of living musicians (see WP:NMUSIC), article claims "must be properly verified by reliable sources independent of the subject's own self-published promotional materials". Jordan Asher Huffman is an American singer, songwriter, and recording artist based in Nashville.[1] In 2019, he appeared on tour with producer, engineer and performance artist Alan Parsons, and has released five singles as a solo artist.
Career[edit]
Huffman began his career in 2019 appearing as a featured vocalist on tour with Alan Parsons, performing one of the charting hits from Parsons' new album, The Secret. Jordan was also a co-writer and featured vocalist on the same album with the song "The Limelight Fades Away".[2] In 2020 he wrote and performed "The NeverEnding Show,"[3] which was used as the title track for the live in-concert DVD, Blu-ray and vinyl global release of "Alan Parsons Live In The Netherlands: The NeverEnding Show".[citation needed] The music video for the song was premiered in a livestream event held at the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville, hosted by Joe Bonamassa who interviewed Alan Parsons and introduced Huffman as an emerging artist to watch.[citation needed]
Solo career[edit]
In 2020, Huffman recorded and released his first solo single, "Funny Enough,"[4] with Parsons as acting producer.[5] He has since released four singles, with the most recent release, "Everest," garnering over one million streams within its first two weeks on Spotify.[6][7]
Huffman performed "Everest" for his live performance debut of the song at a fundraising benefit in December 2023, sharing the stage with Joe Bonamassa, Alan Parsons, and Michael McDonald.[citation needed]
