Joseph Smith Mulliner Sr. was a businessman, Mormon church leader, and state legislator in Idaho.[1]
He served in the Idaho House and Senate. He was elected to the state senate from Bigham County in 1898.[2]
A letter he wrote expressing his willingness to serve on a mission to Great Britain survives.[3]
