Josephine née Mayer Hirsch (1855 - 1924) was an advocate for women's rights and the environment in the United States. She lived in Oregon. She married Solomon Hirsch.

She was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to German immigrants. She moved with her family to San Francisco and then Portland, Oregon where her future husband became a business partner of her father.[1]
