Josh Paul is a former United States Department of State official who was involved in arranging armament transfers for the U.S. government to other countries. He resigned his position in 2023 over the Israel policies of U.S. president Joe Biden in providing military equipment for Israel's war on Hamas after the October 7 Hamas massacre in southern Israel.[1][2] Paul had been the director of congressional and public affairs for the State Department's Bureau of Political-Military Affairs.[1]
