Juan Kotze BEM is a Security professional, Chartered Manager and Certified in the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management in the United Kingdom. He was born in Cape Town, South Africa and attended Windsor High School from 1997 to 2001. He leads the Security team at the UK Ministry of Justice HQ and Heads the VIP relations. He went on to further his education whilst working, completing a Diploma in Security, Close Protection, BA (Hons) in Professional Management and currently working towards a masters equivalent in Strategic Leadership and Management with the CMI. He dedicates his spare time doing community and charity work. After 20 years of services to the UK Justice Department and Public service, Juan was honoured by His Majesty King Charles III with an Order of the British Empire (BEM) in the NY24 list.
