Kalidas V. Madhavpeddi is a business executive. In 2021 he became non-executive chairman of Glencore. From 2008 to 2018 he was CEO of China Molybdenum International. From 1980 to 2006 he worked at Phelps Dodge becoming Senior Vice President responsible for the company's global business development, acquisitions and divestments, as well as its global exploration programs. He is a non-executive director of Novagold Resources Inc., Trilogy Metals, and Dundee Precious Metals.[1]
