Draft:Kangeiko

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Kangeiko is a tradition originating from Japan which means "winter training". The art of kangeiko is typically practiced in martial arts such as judo in order to personally challenge the participant both physically and mentally.

One must endure the cold weather to do physical training. There is also an aspect of training the mind through meditation and setting intentions.

Through Kangeiko, the participant will be able to pave way to setting stronger intentions and discipline.
