Klidas are an italian band who formed in Italy in 2014[1][2]. The Klidas project was born to create a sound that comes from the personal musical experience of each member, from jazz to psychedelia, from alternative rock to progressive. The intent is to reach a point where every act of sound gives way to silence as a prerequisite and indispensable pillar of every listening experience. Hence the name Klidas, a Czech word meaning "giant of silence".[1][2] To date, they have released one full-length studio album, released through Australian independent record label Bird's Robe Records.[3]
