The Longest Interview Marathon is an event in which participants attempt to conduct interviews continuously over an extended period of time, often with the goal of breaking existing records for the longest interview. The history of the longest interview marathon dates back to the emergence of written attempts as a form of entertainment and achievement.

Current Record Holder[edit]

Rob Oliver from 6 to 7 May 2022 set a new record for the longest interview marathon under 37 hr 44 min 17 sec.[1].

Attempted Records[edit]

In 2024, Ghanaian Presenter Emmanuel Agyemang attempted to break the record for the longest interview marathon by interviewing 250 guests in 80 hours[2]
