Luka Rtveladze is a Georgian judoka who competes in the -81 and -90 weight classes. He was born on June 27, 2000. Rtveladze participated in the Berlin Cadet European Cup in 2017 and the Tula Cadet European Cup in the same year. He won a gold medal at the Georgian U18 Championship in Tbilisi in 2016 and a bronze medal at the Georgian U18 Championships in Tbilisi in 2017. Additionally, he won a silver medal at the European Sambo Championships among Cadets in Croatia in 2017.
