BIOGRAPHY :
Astrokulture, a Nigerian rapper who was born on July 17, 2000, in Abuja, is one of the continent’s newest wave rappers. Biologically named Mba Wilson. He always loved music and mimicked the likes of the greats (Eminem,Joyner Lucas, Kendrick Lamar, Logic,J Cole and others) but started making music at the age of 20 when his brother's friend
introduced him to Freezy Jay, who had musical studio equipments. The Abuja-born rapper, who has established himself as one of the progressive rising rapper in Nigeria and on the continent, developed his passion for music at a young age, he was inspired by reputable artists
like Eminem, J Cole, Kendrick Lamar and others and this impacted his style of rap, which is bringing a new revolutionary wave of hip-hop/afro hip-hop. He began his career in 2021 formerly with the name "Astrowurld" with the release of his EP “Cruise and Sapa,” but this stage name was later changed to "Astrokulture" which he followed up with his first single "Ajaaga" in 2022 and his second drill single "No Drama" in 2022, which earned him recognition from some others.
