Manatal is a software company headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand[1] which provides an applicant tracking system (ATS) for recruitment operations in HR departments or recruitment agencies.[2]

- Manatal was founded in 2019 by Jeremy Fichet (CEO) and Yassine Belmamoun (CTO).[2]
- In 2022 Tatler Asia nominated Yassine Belmamoun among the "300 Leaders of Tomorrow shaping Asia’s future".[3]
- In February 2022, Manatal raised $5.1M seed funding from Sequoia Capital.[1]

The platform includes various recruitment tools covering functions such as sourcing and managing candidates, communication and collaboration, job boards and social media posting, AI recommendation and scoring of candidates, career page builder and a recruitment CRM.[4]
