Max Tatum Malone (born March 3, 1953) was a geologist, oil company executive, and politician in Louisiana. He served in the Louisiana Senate representing Caddo and Bossier parishes.

He was born in Shreveport. Malone graduated from Homer High School in 1971.[citation needed] He attended Louisiana Technical University and graduated with B.A. and B.S. degrees from Centenary College.[1]

He served in the Louisiana Senate from 1996-2007. He is a Republican.[2] His address was documented as in an office at 610 Marshall Street in Shreveport.[3]

He is the son of Rae Ratum Malone.[4] He married and has a son.[5]
