Melvin C. McNairy (October 2, 1910 - ?) was an insurance executive and state legislator in Illinois. He also served as an alderman in Chicago. He was elected to the Illinois House of Representatives in 1964. He served in World War II.

He served in the Illinois House of Representatives.[1] He was a Democrat.[2]

In 1975 a Memorial Resolution was adopted in remembrance.[3]
