Minor Wallace Millwee (June 9, 1901 – March 31, 1963)[1][2][3][4] was a justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court from 1945 to 1958.
Elected State Representative 1932 to 1936. Circuit Judge for the Ninth Judicial Circuit 1937 to 1945. Elected Associate Justice 1945 to 1958. Lecturer at the University of Arkansas Law School until his death.[3]
Millwee died of a heart attack at the home of his daughter in Norman, Oklahoma, at the age of 60.[1] Following his death, the University of Arkansas Law School "established the Minor W. Millwee Memorial to be awarded to the law student with the highest scholastic achievement".[3][4]
