Life Introduction[edit]
The skill of not giving up on challenges and choosing new paths for oneself was taught by the parents since childhood. Completed his schooling from Morena, Madhya Pradesh. First obtained a bachelor's degree in Economics from Maharani College, then obtained a master's degree in Sociology from Rajasthan University. After this, married life started in the year 2003 with Mr. Kaushal Sharma, took the responsibility of mothering two children, yet continued the development of inner energy along with studies and teaching. The urge to learn new things continued even after handling the responsibilities of marriage and motherhood. The result of this is that even after getting married in the second year of BA, she completed her academic education and obtained many professional degrees. He also honed his inner artist and took acting training from the prestigious Film and Television Institute of Mumbai. After this, he got the opportunity to act in popular serials of the country's most influential television production house. Along with this, brainstorming on new opportunities for innovation also continued. To explore new possibilities in the rapidly growing tourism and hotel sector in the country, first took formal training in hotel management. After this, he started Hotel Sapphire World in his motherland Jaipur. Here too the search for possibilities of innovation continued. Along with Hotel Sapphire, Kartavya Hotel Management Institute was established to provide employment opportunities to the youth boys and girls in the hotel industry and Kartavya Helping Foundation was established to fulfill the social concerns. Social Interest[edit]
In the year 2020, Kartavya Helping Foundation was established to serve the victims during the Corona pandemic.
- Kartavya Helping Foundation has always strived for social upliftment through entrepreneurship, especially the continuous efforts to provide employment to youth and women through skill development.
-Provided food, medicine, oxygen and other essential materials to hundreds of people to help the suffering humanity during the Corona period.
- In collaboration with the Central and State Government, youth were linked to various schemes of the government to make youth and women self-reliant and self-reliant.
- Under the Samarth scheme, in collaboration with PM Modi's Skill India and Rajasthan Skill and Livelihood Development Corporation, more than 300 women and men in different areas of the state were made self-reliant by teaching them the tricks of tailoring and other skill development.
- Employment is being provided to the youth in the hotel industry through Kartavya Hotel Management.
- Presently a skill development center is being developed in Alwar, where women will be given training related to garmenting to get employment in the garment industry.
- After this, skill development and training center will also be opened in Dholpur.
