Nick Wynne is an educator, historian, and author. He was born in McRae, Georgia. He graduated with undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Georgia. He has written more than two dozen books, many on historical subjects.[1]

Wynne graduated from Telfair County High School in 1961 He served in the U.S. Army. He served as Executive Director of the Florida Historical Society.

He was interviewed for a podcast in 2012.[2]
