Omar Hafiz (born February 2, 1993 in Anantnag, Jammu and Kashmir) is a [[Development Practitioner and Social Entrepreneur]]. He is the Founder of The Stears, which is a Social Impact Organization, Working on Transformative Journey of Youth and Adolescents from Self Exploration to Leadership Development.[1] [2] [3] [4]

Early life and education[edit]

Omar was born on February 2, 1993 in Anantnag, Jammu and Kashmir, India. He completed his early education at a local school in Anantnag. After completing his 10th grade, he pursued higher education in computer applications and later in development studies.

The Stears[edit]

Omar Hafiz founded The Stears in 2017. It is dedicated to empowering youth with adaptive leadership skills to drive social change and community transformation. Through cutting-edge research and innovative curriculum development, we equip young adults with the tools and knowledge necessary to address local issues and become effective community leaders.
