On April 11 2015 Pętla Turkusowa (English:Turquoise Loop) was opened. Pętla Turkusowa is the terminus for Szczecin Trams (Lines 2,7,8) and bus stops (Lines 54,65,79,84,91,94). Pętla Turkusowa is situated in Zdroje, Szczecin, Prawobrzeże,West Pomeranian Voivodeship,Poland. Pętla Turkusowa has 4 tram platforms and 6 bus shelters. There is a Free Park and Ride Parking Lot and a Paid Toilet in Pętla Turkusowa. Pętla Turkusowa is the final stop of the Szczecin Fast Tram

Recent Developments

A Picture before Pętla Turkusowa was built.

On June 1 2002 one of the biggest and most expensive parts of the Szczecin Fast Tram would be completed, The 1.2 Kilometer (0.75 Mile) Bridge named after the Pioneers of the City of Szczecin. This laid the foundations for the rest of the Szczecin Fast Tram to be built from Basen Górniczy to Turkusowa. Pętla Turkusowa was then finished as planned in 2015.

On January 29 2018 the Bus platforms were built and Pętla Turkusowa was made a Public Transport transfer Center between the Trams in Szczecin and the Szczecin Buses. Easy transfer access was made to both the Trams and Buses after underground paths were made.

After 2 years The Tram No.2 returned to Pętla Turkusowa after tram tracks in the City center were being modernised and were completed.

All arrangements with PKP took a long time, but we were obliged to do so. Today is the last stretch. We are getting ready to announce the expansion

In Early 2024 The President Of Szczecin,Piotr Krzystek announced the addition of an extra 129 parking spaces for vehicles after an increase in vehicle traffic to Turkusowa.
