Per Capita Media (PCM) is a national, independent student newspaper and magazine led by students at the University of Cambridge.^[1]^[2] Founded in August 2023 by Suchir Salhan and Anusha Salhan, the publication is supported by Lady Stothart, Ruth Scurr, a Fellow at Gonville & Caius College.^[3]

Notable interviews include John Claughton, the former teacher of Kwarsi Kwarteng.^[4] In October 2023, the publication reported testimony from William O'Reilly,^[5] a History Professor at the University of Cambridge, who defended and contextualised accusations of plagiarism.^[6]
