Pioneers in Alaska Geology[edit]
This award was established by the Alaska Geological Society in 2023 to recognize men and women who made major contributions to the understanding of the geology of Alaska. They are honored with a permanent display at the Alaska Geologic Materials Center in Anchorage. [1]
