Overview Popularity Papers is a live-action comedy television series that premiered on YTV on April 10, 2023. The series is an adaptation of the best-selling middle-grade book series of the same name by Amy Ignatow. Developed by Corus Entertainment’s Aircraft Pictures and WexWorks Media, and produced in association with BBC Studios Kids & Family, the series is distributed worldwide by BBC Studios​​[1].[2]

Plot The story follows middle-school best friends Julie Graham-Chang and Lydia Goldblatt. The duo embarks on a series of social experiments to unravel the mysteries of popularity. Each episode presents a new experiment, leading to unexpected lessons about friendship, kindness, and self-confidence. The series humorously and heartwarmingly navigates the ups and downs of middle school life​​​​.
