Premature Ejaculation Fetish is the sexual fetishism of the act of ejaculating from intercourse or likewise stimulus in a very brief amount of time. The fetish is primarily focused on penile orgasms, most commonly being the male in a heterosexual interaction. The fetish is commonly linked with dominatrix, and plays heavily on the humiliation of the male counterpart. This is not true for every case.

Definitions[edit]

Premature Ejaculation (PE)[edit]

Ejaculating faster than desired.[1] Two subcategories of PE exist, and they are: life-long premature ejaculation and acquired premature ejaculation.

Life-Long Premature Ejaculation[edit]

Life-Long Premature Ejaculation occurs when ejaculation consistently happens within a minute of vaginal penetration[2] where vaginal penetration is the first physical stimulus the penis receives. In 2007, the International Society for Sexual Medicine (ISSM) created a definite descriptor of this condition: Lifelong PE is a male sexual dysfunction characterized by the presence of all of these criteria: (i) ejaculation that always or nearly always occurs prior to or within about 1 minute of vaginal penetration; (ii) the inability to delay ejaculation on all or nearly all vaginal penetrations; and (iii) negative personal consequences such as distress, bother, frustration, and/or the avoidance of sexual intimacy..[2] Life-long PE (premature ejaculation) as a condition is thought to be caused by psychological and biological factors.[1]

Acquired Premature Ejaculation[edit]

Acquired premature ejaculation is the secondary common classification of the condition. Acquired PE is a distinct change in the length of sexual performance between two periods of time in the same person. It is defined as "a clinically significant and bothersome reduction in latency time, often to about 3 minutes or less".[3]

Many other attempted definitions have sprung up over many centuries, many falling into different criteria such as failure to induce orgasm in a sexual partner, however the general descriptor is the most common and accurate.

Training

The quintessential aspect of the fetishism of Premature Ejaculation is the act of training oneself to reach ejaculation, or orgasm, as quickly as possible. This speed is measured by the time a person takes to reach their Point of no Return, a term referring to the time when the process of orgasm and or ejaculation has started, and stopping all stimulus will not prevent the orgasm and or ejaculation from occurring, due to an orgasm's physiological nature.

Concepts[edit]

Physical Sensitivity[edit]

A major factor of PE is the physical sensitivity of the penis or vagina. A larger response to physical stimulus and hypersensitivity of the genitalia contributes to quicker ejaculation due to increase amount of perceived stimulus.[4] Orgasms are organic in nature and operate on a hormonal release, triggered by stimulus.[5] The amount of stimulus required to reach the point of hormonal release and involuntary muscle contraction varies between person, and can increase or decrease throughout a person's life. To achieve acquired premature ejaculation, this stimulus threshold must be decreased. This can be achieved in part by increasing physical sensitivity, and normalizing the body with reaching orgasm through less stimulation via One Finger Method. One Finger Method(OFM) is the act of penile stimulation only using 1 finger and rubbing the frenulum of the penis. This is the most common and important act of inducing oneself with premature ejaculation. OFM will reduce the orgasm threshold by normalizing the body with less physical stimulation.[6] Oftentimes physical sensitivity can also be increased by the use of a silicone penis sleeve or chastity cage throughout the day as to prevent the rubbing of the penis on clothes. This can help to prevent further keratinization of the penis, primarily in circumcised males.

Visual Sensitivity[edit]

The effect that visual and often audio related sexual stimulation has on a person can alter depending on a variety of factors, including their orgasm threshold, their exposure to such stimuli, and their level of sexual arousal. Removing arousal visuals outside of masturbation will contribute to an increased sensitivity to visual stimulus..[7] Reducing how stimulating the content viewed while masturbating is can also contribute to PE. Masturbating to only clothed people or porn that is less stimulating than one is used to will further the effect of premature ejaculation training by a factor of 5x.[8] The "Trigger Method"[9] is a form of Pavlovian training that can associate ejaculation and arousal with a certain piece of stimulus by providing an image or auditory connection with orgasm, leading to potential involuntary hands free orgasms and purposefully induced sexual fetishes.

Kegels/ Pelvic Floor[edit]

The use, or lack thereof, of the pelvic floor muscle can change lots of factors. Kegels are the forced contraction of the pelvic floor and lead to faster orgasm when used, however they are neglectable for training. The ideal pelvic floor movement during training is the reverse kegel, which is the relaxation of the pelvic floor.[10] This action will slow down orgasm, however it will reduce the stimulation kegels provide and train an acquired case of premature ejaculation that is involuntary one will not be able to delay their orgasm to their content. The usage of kegels can also achieve a type of Hands Free Orgasm (HFO)[11]

Conclusion[edit]

The ideal way to achieve acquired premature ejaculation is through training 4 times a week, or every other day,[8] using OFM and light reverse kegels. Cut out pornographic content outside of training sessions and use less stimulating visuals in general. As one approaches faster speeds, nearing under a minute or even faster, the use of 4% lidocaine cream in very small quantities can assist with further progression.[12]
