Punta Sam is a town located in Isla Mujeres Municipality. It is located 16 kilometers from Cancun. Its approximate population is 108 people.^[1] In this place there are several tourist sites such as Playa del Niño, the El Meco archaeological site and Isla Contoy.^[2]

Punta Sam is located in front of Isla Mujeres to the northwest. It is possible to use a taxi or bus from the Cancun city center to get there.^[3]
