Qerim Uka was a co-fighter with Azem Galica and Shote Galica. After he killed a Serb in 1923, he fled to live in Albania in Shënvlash, Durres. During the occupation, he returned to Ozrim, where he remained until the liberation of the country. He took part in the burning of Vitomirica village near Pejë. After liberation, he went to the mountain and became a gang leader. in 1949 he moved to Albania. For his merits there, he received the rank of lieutenant colonel. After that, he gathered and organized other immigrants in Albania and passed them to our country as a diversion. Qerim Uka was the owner of the agricultural enterprise that owned hundreds of hectares of land in the vicinity of Shenavlash and Rashbulli. He also had his castle in Shënvlash. And Thats Where He Sheltered the singer Dervish Shaqa. Meeting Qerim Uka - Enver Hoxha, on January 2, 1963. Hoxha, who at the time was his own state, called the Kosovo issue a painful wound for every Albanian, which will be healed only when this issue to be resolved correctly, based on the aspirations of Kosovars
