R. W. B. Gould was a political organizer and orator on the United States.[1] He was a dockworker and "unionist".[2] He was active in Orleans Parish, Louisiana. He signed a letter to Henry Demas as secretary of an organization.[3]
He wrote a letter to political influencer George A. Myers of Ohio.[4] Myers owned a barbershop and was an influential political figure in Cleveland.[5]
He was part of the Unions basketball team in New Orleans.[6]
He seems to have served in some capacity in the state senate. Secretary to the committee?[7]
