RX-M LLC is a technology consulting and training firm. A founding member of the Cloud Native Computing Foundation, RX-M provides cloud native DevOps, supply chain security and AI professional services and training to a diverse client base.[1]

History[edit]

RX-M was founded in 2012 to provide capital markets cloud technology consulting and training services to large financial services firms.[2]

As interest in container technology grew in the mid 2010s, RX-M broadened its service offerings to include support for container and orchestration technology, in particular Kubernetes, to enterprise, startup and hyperscale clientele.[3] Throughout its evolution, RX-M has maintained a cloud neutral stance with a sharp focus on open source solutions, positioning RX-M to support on-premises, hybrid and multicloud client needs. [4][5]

RX-M offers an extensive catalog of courses in the cloud native space, including partnerships and authorized training status with several certification bodies.[6][7][8][9][10][11][12]

In 2022 RX-M introduced its Managed Service Plus (MS+) offering, allowing Managed Service Kubernetes clients to add seamless support, picking up where the managed service provider leaves off and carrying on through to the deployment and configuration of proprietary distributed applications.[13]

RX-M has also been involved in practical machine learning from inception, with founders involved in automated trading, high frequency trading and statistical arbitrage. In addition to traditional consulting, in 2023 RX-M introduced an AI targeted "Edusulting" practice, designed to move organizations from basic AI training, through to practical project development and on to production AI and AIOps.[14]
