Rafik Hamza is an associate professor of cybersecurity at Tokyo International University (TIU) in Tokyo, Japan¹². He has a PhD in cryptography and security from the University of Batna 2 in Algeria¹². He is also a researcher and a reviewer for several international journals in the field of information security and privacy¹².

Dr. Rafik Hamza has published more than 25 peer-reviewed journal articles and conference papers in the field of cybersecurity, information security, privacy, cryptography, and big data¹²³.
