Renner is an upcoming science fiction thriller film directed by Robert Rippberger, from a screenplay by Martin Medina and David Largman Murray, and story by Luke Medina. It stars Frankie Muniz, Violett Beane and Taylor Gray.
Premise[edit]
Renner, a computer genius, looks to court his neighbor Jamie with the help of an artificial intelligence he developed named Salenus. However, he realizes that he accidentally programmed his manipulative mother into it.[1]

Production[edit]
In May 2023, it was reported that Robert Rippberger would direct and co-produce the film, from a screenplay by Martin Medina and David Largman Murray, and story by Luke Medina.[1] That same month Frankie Muniz, Violett Beane and Taylor Gray signed on to star.[2]
Principal photography began in Spring Hope, North Carolina at Ascent Studios in early June 2023.[3]
