Rhesa Hatcher Sr. (died September 1873) was a prominent citizen of Jackson, Mississippi who served two terms as its mayor in 1869[1] and from 1871 to 1872 (List of mayors of Jackson, Mississippi). He was appointed in 1871, but his successors were elected.
