Richard D. Rice (April 11, 1810 – May 27, 1882), of Augusta, Maine, was a justice of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court from May 11, 1852 to December 1, 1863.

Born in Union, Maine, Rice read law to gain admission to the bar in 1840. He was appointed as an associate justice on May 11, 1852, and served until his resignation on December 1, 1863. He died at Augusta.[1]
