Richard Grady Neeson Sr. (born November 11, 1946) is a realtor and former politician in Louisiana. He served in the Louisiana Senate as a Democrat. He graduated from C. E. Byrd High School in Shreveport, Louisiana Tech, and Northwestern State University. He married.[1]
He is a descendant of longtime Shreveport families.[2]
In 1979 he won election to the Louisiana Senate over incumbent Virginia Sheehee. He was re-elected.
