S. M. C. Reynolds was a newspaper editor and publisher who served as a state senator in Idaho. He edited and published the Meridian Tribune in Meridian, Idaho[1] and represented Ada County, Idaho in the Idaho House of Representatives. He served with fellow Ada County Republican state representative Clara Campbell.[2]
