Sam Reevin managed The Liberty Theatre in Chattanooga and was treasurer and manager of Theatre Owners Booking Association (T.O.B.A.).[1][2] [3] Competition from films pressured the business of the touring shows he organized.[4] He corresponded with Charles Henry Douglass Jr., owner of the Douglass Theatre in Macon, Georgia.[5]
