In 2013, Habibova earned a full scholarship to Baku State University's law faculty with a high score (657/700) on the entrance exam.
During her undergraduate studies, she received several recognitions:

Habibova pursued a dual Master's degree in European Law with Julius Maximilians Universitat Wurzburg in Germany. She graduated in 2019 with the highest grades:

97/100 from Baku State University
In 2020, Habibova began a Ph.D. in Constitutional Law at Baku State University. In December 2023, she achieved a remarkable score of 48 out of 50 on her final doctoral exam overseen by Professor Ziyafat Asgarov.
During her Ph.D. studies, she received an award from the Minister of Education and Science, Emin Amrullayev, for her contributions to the Azerbaijani law system.
Concurrently, she pursued a dual Executive MBA from the University of York and the University of Strasbourg.
