Submission declined on 10 December 2023 by DoubleGrazing (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

- Comment: With the possible (?) exception of the first one, none of the sources meets the WP:GNG standard. I also don't see anything there that would obviously satisfy WP:CREATIVE, either. DoubleGrazing (talk) 10:48, 10 December 2023 (UTC)
Scott Liddell (born in Edinburgh, January 1970) is an award-winning photographer and author[1]. In 2013, he set up the Dark Edinburgh website[2], publishing a single photograph each day of Edinburgh taken at night.[3]
By 2023, he had published over 3500 photographs, never missing a day, and has over 100,000 social media followers. A book of his photographs was published in 2022; this won the Favourite Scottish Nature Photography Book Award for 2022.[4][5] Liddell held an annual lecture at Edinburgh University[6] and the City Art Centre gallery[7] each year from 2015-2018 as part of the Festival of Museums initiative[8][9][10]. His first solo photography exhibition took place at The Four Pegs Gallery in Edinburgh in October 2022.[11]
Liddell is the author of three books of fiction.[12]
